Main kitchen has 2 ovens to cook a feast, & also there is 3rd kitchen, 3rd living room, 3 washer & dryer. 2 Units connect by a bathroom or a small bedroom with 1 twin, 3rd unit has private entrance and is above 3800 square foot house. Doors lock if you want 3 separate units. Covered porch, 3 patios, Fire Pit area, Hot tub, pool table, and amazing are to visit
5 bedrooms but if you have airbeds we have 3 kitchens 3 living rooms, 3 patios, even 3 washers and dryers. Great for families and friends to have an amazing vacation.

So whether you want to watch a movie at night or to record a sporting event while out exploring you have plenty of entertainment options. Want to play a board game? We have you covered and with 2 living rooms and a game room you can spread out inside as well as on 3 patios and covered porch.
Game room has Darts and Pool table or bring the gaming system and hook to one of 3 55 inch flat screen smart TVs throughout house. 3 Large Fridges and freezers. Stackable washer and dryer, and normal washer and dryer, mini fridge in game room. Covered front porch with gas grill. Fire pit and hot tub are out back on the hillside surrounded by multi layered patios with built in granite seating and a back drop of trees and the hillside and mountainside behind so has a secluded feel despite being right off of 11 just 4 miles from all there is to see and do in downtown Lexington and just 5 miles from the 7th natural wonder of the world: Natural Bridge's. Just 15 minutes from the breathtaking views of Gosen Pass and 10-40 miles from at least 10 beautiful waterfalls. Many hikes, biking, water sports and horse back riding or carriage rides close by as well. So much to see, do & eat in this historic area! Cidery, wineries, multiple craft breweries, museums, antique stores, shops, drive in theatre, Safari park, Zoo, Dinosaur land, beautiful drives, live music, parks with vista views words can't describe, even unique playgrounds and more await minutes away from your home away from home in beautiful Rockbridge County.
Downstairs bedroom has king and futon and TV and easy access to bathroom and front porch. Upstairs bedroom has queen, twin bed, futon and 2 tvs, sliding glass door to a small patio and then right around corner a large patio with hot tub, charcoal grill and above overlooking patio/hot tub is a fire pit. There is also what we call a 1/2 bedroom as the spiral staircase connects it to downstairs. In that room there is a bunk bed with single bed and another futon and tv. Between the upstairs bedrooms is the pool table room with dart board, TV, pub table and chairs and a sink. The main living room has two comfortable couches with recliners and a small pull out couch facing large kitchen/dining room and TV. 2nd unit is also upstairs and has fully renovated bathroom with full size washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and another kitchen and living room. 1 bedroom is very small and has a twin bed the other bedroom has king bed and bunk bed. This is not the Ritz Carlton but it is really unique cozy and fun. Also zero carpet to get dirty. Mostly hardwood and tile through-out as well as exposed whole tree beams in kitchen and dining room. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly remodeled and the shower features 2 shower heads, a bench and walls tiled with local river rock which you will also find around the patio and front covered porch. 2 grills one propane and one charcoal. If you want to know the weather or play your favorite song the wake word for interactive speaker is "Alexa." Hint: tell it to play "top 40" or "classic rock" or whatever music you like and then the word "radio" or "your favorite artist" and "radio" and it may play music you have never heard but might like as similar. Rustic yet modern with smart TVs, Cable with Digital Video Recorders and interactive computer and music system to tell you the weather, the sunset or play your favorite song.
