Nestled into a quiet, forested neighborhood, this hillside 4BR/3.5BA home offers three floors of spectacular mountain views, views overlooking downtown Estes Park, with plenty of comfortable living space.
Curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a movie in the luxurious Great Room, which features spacious recliners and beautiful mountain views out of every window. Gather round the oversized rustic table with seating for eight and enjoy home-cooked meals from the gourmet kitchen.
Past the kitchen on the main floor, relax in your choice of two queen bedrooms connected by a jack-and-jill full bath.
Head downstairs to enjoy the fully-furnished game room, featuring a pool table and retro-style arcade games. The lower level features a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle, a full bath and an electric fireplace. Walk out the door in the bedroom to a protected patio to enjoy yet another angle of the beautiful Bear-a-dise views.
From the Great Room, head upstairs to another living area with access to a small deck. The upper level features the master bedroom, which includes its own ensuite bath with a shower and jetted tub. A separate room in the ensuite houses the washer and dryer. The king-size bed looks out the vaulted windows to a panoramic view of Estes Park and Lumpy Ridge. A private deck is accessible from French doors.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
