Positive: The house was great. Nice open spaces to hang out in. Very clean. Comfortable beds and close to many different areas in Cedar Falls
Negative: In big letters it offers a hot tub and that’s one of the main reasons we picked this place but upon getting there it wasn’t on and the neighbor even came over to try and turn it on and it still wouldn’t work. Tried to get ahold of owner with no response.
Summary: Really wished the hot tub worked.
