Summary: Overall, our stay was fine. However, I was there with my daughter who is an athlete. We were looking forward to the Jacuzzi tub and is the main reason we chose this house over another. The tub jets are full of mold and mildew. Even if I filled the tub without turning the Jets on, the mold and mildew would come out into the water that you were soaking in There were black flakes floating in the water, and when you drained the tub, there was a ring of black around the entire surface, I immediately notified the host and her answer was that it had been cleaned and she had video of it before my arrival. The tub did appear clean when we arrived. However, I explained that once you fill it with water, there is black everywhere I sent my own video and pictures and did not hear back after that. Needless to say, we were not able to use the tub. I am disappointed and unfortunately would not book this property again, although we frequent the area for Sports. The other tub in the home is just a regular tub and honestly wasn’t exactly sparkling clean either. I would’ve appreciated some other response from the host.
