Summary: We stayed at this house for Coachella weekend and overall had a decent experience. The biggest plus was the location—super convenient and made getting to and from the festival much easier, which we really appreciated.The house itself was generally comfortable and had a decent setup for a group. That said, there were a few issues worth mentioning. Most notably, the listing stated there were 5 beds, but in reality, there were only 4, which caused some unexpected scrambling for sleeping arrangements. It’s important for listings to be accurate, especially when planning for a larger group.There were also some minor maintenance and cleanliness concerns that didn’t ruin the stay but definitely stood out. With a little more attention to detail and an updated listing, this could be a great spot for festival-goers.Overall, it worked out for our needs, but future guests should be aware of the discrepancies and plan accordingly.
