This 3 story Home Sleeps 13 guests (10 adults) comfortably. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Air Conditioning YES! The house is clean and sanitized before guest arrival and we have added Hepa filters to each room to help put your mind at ease. 2 Car garage with 3rd space in front of garage, Beach Gear, High Speed internet and Smart TV's. YouTubeTV services with over 50 local channels. Furry friends welcome upon pre-approval.
Nestled nicely in South Mission Beach, and made for families; we are located 100 steps from the bayside and and 200ish steps to the boardwalk on the beach side. 4 decks with side views to the water. We've provided beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach cruisers, 2 boogie boards, 2 surf boards, sand toys, beach towels and a wagon to help you transport the goods. We are close enough to walk to all the hustle and bustle of summer time. New 2022: 2 Seater Kayak to cruise the bay!
Built in 2009, the home feels updated and spacious enough for all to feel comfortable. It's a great place for a couple families to share and not feel cramped. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Keurig and regular coffee makers available. Stay and Play or venture out and enjoy all of what San Diego has to offer. 1st Floor: -Entrance from Front Porch or Garage. -Living Area, fire place, smart TV, Ottman with twin pull out. -1 Bedroom with King Bed, - 1 full bath and 2 car garage with 3rd space along the front of the garage.
2nd Floor: -Living Area, fire place, cabinet with board/card games -Kitchen and dining area. -Deck off the Kitchen/Living area -Walk In Pantry -Powder Room 1/2 Bath. -Laundry Room with washer and dryer. -Queen Bedroom with it's own deck. -Bunk Room with Queen size beds (2) -Jack and Jill shared bath between bedrooms .
3rd Floor: -Master Suite, King Bed with two ottomans that pull into twin beds. -Walk In Closet -Wet Bar -Spa Bath, with Jet Tub, Dual Showers, Double Sinks. -South Facing Deck with Ocean and Bay Views -North Deck with Bay views. -Pack n' Play and a ottoman twin pull out bed.
Kitchen Extras: Everything you need plus a little more: Crock Pot, InstaPot, griddle, BBQ, blender, toaster, roasting pan, cookie sheets and muffin tins.

Mission Beach is a popular destination for locals and tourists. We chose this area because it is great for families. Close to Belmont Amusement Park with activities for all ages. Easy access to highways to get to other areas of San Diego. You can walk, bike, skate for miles either along the bayside or the beach side. It's a special place for making great memories. Close to the San Diego Airport and Trolley System, accessible by public transportation. Using Uber and Lyft maybe your best bet if you don't choose to rent a car. Additional parking is available for friends coming to see you. The closest parking is at the very South End of Mission Blvd. Parking Lots on East and West Sides. About a 5-10 minute walk.
*There is an elevator in the home, however guests use is prohibited. Any tampering with the Elevator Doors will be subject to a 1,000.00 fine. This door is locked.
* There is no roof access and guests are prohibited from accessing and standing on the roof.
*We are in one of the few flight paths of the San Diego Airport, air traffic will be heard.
