29 Clearwater is a 3 storey / 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom lakeside house which sleeps max of 6 adults, 3 children which includes 1 child on a z bed plus an infant sleeping in a travel cot. The property is sited on a beautiful freshwater lake on a luxury second home development, Lower Mill Estate, in a 450 acre nature reserve with 7 lakes.
2 dogs are allowed at this property at a supplement of £30.00 per dog, this is charged for separately by us after your booking has been confirmed. Please advise if you will be bringing a dog/dogs with you. If so please advise the size, breed and age of your dog/dogs.
A z bed is available for 1 child at a supplement of £30.00, this is charged for separately by us after your booking is confirmed. Please advise if the z bed is required?
A travel cot (size H74 x L100 x W74cm) is available at a supplement of £15.00, this is charged for separately by us after your booking is confirmed. (A flat bottom sheet is provided, however, a quilt and pillow are NOT provided due to health & safety). A high chair is available free of charge.
