The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Crock pot, blender :0), Coffee maker that can make 10 cups or a K-cup.
The owners this home on weekends that it is not booked, I will have 1 paper towel rolls, napkins & 2 TP per bathroom for your use. Plenty of spices in cabinet along with salt and pepper.
Floating dock is only rated for 1 boat. No double mooring. 8 person limit is strictly adhered to because is house on septic tank (that count includes children). Room for 4 vehicles to park in driveway or 2 cars and 1 truck/trailer. No parking in grass or street side.
This large waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. There is a floating dock, fresh water to rinse your boat. The screened in private patio has a propane BBQ grill and ample seating. The property is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat.
