Standing on the edge of pretty Norfolk Broads’ village of Ludham, which has a shop, post office, butchers and pub serving good food, within 6-minutes walk. Nearby Womack Staithe provides access to the River Thurne which has great fishing opportunities, together with pedalo hire and a village green to just simply sit awhile and soak up the boating activity and wildlife.
