Have fun with the whole family at our self-catering holiday cottage in Overstrand near Cromer Norfolk, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach. 2B Harbord Road is a wonderful 4 bedroom holiday home in modern townhouse accommodation. Big enough to invite all the family or for friends to get away. The village has a pub, shop, playground, hotel, garden centre, cafe and fresh shellfish hut. Cromer is only a couple of miles away by bus or a 25 minute walk along either beach or clifftop.
The space
This modern property is over 4 floors with an open plan kitchen / diner with all the appliances that you would expect to find with patio doors to the rear courtyard. There is also rear access to the property into a small utility room ideal for those sandy days at the beach or mucky walks. On the first floor is the lounge with views over the local cricket ground. Also on the first floor you have the family bathroom and the fourth bedroom which is single size with en-suite shower room.
The second floor contains the master bedroom with king size bed, again with views over the local cricket ground and with en-suite shower room. Large storage cupboard off the landing, ideal for storing suit cases. The only bedroom without an en-suite is also on the second floor, this has a super king size bed which can be split into two twin beds (please note that the closest bathroom for this bedroom is on the floor below).
Lastly we have the top floor, (third) which has dual aspect windows and sea view to the rear, super-king size bed which can also be split into twin beds. Plenty of storage and a further en-suite shower room.
To the rear of the property is small courtyard garden.
The village has a pub, shop, playground, hotel, garden centre, cafe and fresh shellfish hut and Cromer is only a couple of miles away by bus or along the beach at low tide
