The complex consists of three houses, each one completely independent and with a 65sq meters communal swimming pool. The whole complex was completely renovated in 2019. Two of the houses are for rent, each one has two apartments, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. They all have a minimal design and have been decorated to the highest standard.
The house/apartments are ideal for 4 families or a large group of friends. The property is in the area of Koundouros and is 300 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants.
