Bayview is the perfect location for all kinds of watersports and fishing activities. Easy access to multiple well-developed ATV/Snowmobile trails with miles and miles of fun!
Extra parking for Boat/Trailer or ATV/Snowmobiles. Beautiful outdoor dining space with Hot Tub!
This home is just four walkable blocks to the Marina, restaurants, and bars. JD’s Pub and Grill, The Captains Wheel, Ralph’s Coffee house are open all year long for dining. Memorial Day through Labor Day, you can dine at the Lake House floating restaurant for a beautiful view and delicious meal out. Farragut State Park is less than a mile away with Idaho’s Tree to Tree Adventure Park, hiking and biking trails, and the swimming hole at Buttonhook Bay! Silverwood Theme Park is just 12 miles for summer fun and Sweitzer Mountain Ski Resort is 38 miles for your Winter Ski Trip.
