Welcome to this newly built house (built in 2023) made of solid wood nestled in beautiful nature with a panoramic view of the sea. The house blends nicely into nature and its environment surrounded by forest and trees. This accommodation is suitable for families or groups of 4-6 people. A nice accommodation for those of you who want to live secluded, live in the countryside, experience Swedish forest and nature and at the same time be close to crab fishing, golf and the charm of the west coast. The house has a magnificent terrace that goes around the entire house. At the back you have outdoor furniture for pleasant evenings with a magnificent view. Outside is a landscaped pond where there are both goldfish and grass carp. You can feed them with the food that is in front of you. Outside you can glimpse deer and beautiful birds. You are welcomed into a bright hall with space for outerwear. Directly to the right of the house is one bedroom with a day bed 2x80 cm. Next to this is the house's second bedroom with a double bed 180 cm. Straight ahead is the bathroom, which is fresh and modern. Here is a shower cubicle, sink, wc and a washing machine. To the left, the family room opens up, which has an open floor plan. This is integrated with the oak kitchen unit. The sofa next to the wood-burning stove (burning not allowed) is 160 cm wide. In the family room there is also a nice kitchen table for good summer dinners. You can easily go out onto the balcony via the family room, the house's large bedroom and the entrance door. The plot is hilly with a staircase up to the dwelling house itself. There are plenty of close proximity to nice bathing spots. In the summer, free charging for electric cars - 16 amperes. Anfasteröd invites you to bathing docks, sandy beach and also good lunches and ALA carte is open in the summer. The Lyckorna cold bath house is a beautiful place and Ulvön is just a few of all the bays there are. For those who like golf, Lyckorna GK is just down the road. The mussel bar is a must if you want to taste the west coast or why not a visit to LAXEN and its famous ice cream café. Inside the charming little town of Ljungskile, there are cozy shops and grocery stores. If you want more shopping, there is Uddevalla with the TORP shopping center longed for by the E6 or why not take a day trip to Gothenburg. Here you will have a great time for a lovely summer on the west coast.
