The apartment is located inside a large country farmhouse renovated by the owners of the farm holidays 'Il Tramonto', on the hills below the medieval village of Scarlino. Panoramic position with a splendid view of the valley, the sea and up to the Island of Elba.
The cottage is harmoniously located in the Maremma countryside, surrounded by a large and well-kept garden and offers its guests two swimming pools (for adults and children) and plenty of open space to spend an great outdoor holiday.
The apartment overlooks the garden and the swimming pool and has a terrace equipped for outside dining and enjoying the splendid view. The interior consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a small living / dining area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a nice bathroom with shower.
