The beautiful Studio 5 with covered terrace is located on a large, natural property. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, golfing and water sports. Studio 5 is furnished with a double bed with two 90x200 cm mattresses, a sofa bed (1 person), a wardrobe and a shelf. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, induction hob (two hotplates), kettle, crockery and cooking utensils as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The terrace is covered and equipped with seating and a table. Sun loungers and a barbecue are available. The plot of more than 1000 square metres can also be used. There are two other bungalows on the property that are used for this purpose. The forest begins on the doorstep. Fresh bread rolls and small daily necessities are available in the bakery 600 metres away, and Lake Motzen is within walking distance (10 minutes). At the Motzener See there is a lido with boat hire and various leisure activities as well as a diving school.the Motzener Golfclub offers golfing for everyone.Berlin and Potsdam, Spreewald and Tropical Islands can be reached in less than an hour.the railway stations Bestensee and Zossen are about 10 km away. The 726/729 and 789 buses go there and from there regional trains run to Berlin (RB 24, RE 5, RE 7) and from Königs Wusterhausen S-Bahn station the 730 bus goes to Kallinchen.
