Located on the Dutch side of the island and steps from the beach, this resort has no shortage of things to do. Relax on the beach, cool off with a dip in the swimming pool or work up a sweat in the fitness center or tennis courts. Return to your spacious accommodations to refresh, and then enjoy the evening with a cold drink from the bar while listening to nightly live music and waves caressing the shores.
Begin the day relaxing on the beach or enjoying water sports like windsurfing, swimming or snorkeling. Unwind in the swimming pool or hot tub, play a game of tennis or work up a sweat at the fitness center. Grab a cold drink or bite to eat at the on-site café and sway to the sounds of live music at night. However you choose to pass the time, you'll find relaxing and fun-filled amenities at every turn.

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- The Antillean Florin is the legal currency on the Dutch side of the island although the USD $ and the Euro € are widely accepted. The Euro € is the legal currency on the French side of the island although the USD $ is widely accepted. There is a government required Timeshare Usage Tax ($50.00 per occupied unit, per week, i.e., an eight day stay up to two weeks will be $100.00) that applies to all reservations. Hotel guests are exempt of this fee; however, a rental room tax (5% of the rental rate) is required for all rental reservations.

- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working service animals as defined by the ADA. Certified support and therapy animals are not allowed.

- Please note that there is a $30 cash departure fee, payable at the airport; however, most commercial airlines include this fee in the price of your airline ticket. - At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $25 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet; gaming consoles; sports equipment: tennis, basketball, volleyball; palapas/umbrellas and two beach chairs; self-parking for one car; water aerobics; and select resort activities.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
