5 Bedroom House in Golden Valley
Spacious and comfortable 5 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home just outside downtown Minneapolis for rent. The house has recently been remodeled. It looks amazing and has been rented for professional photoshoots. Kitchen has two ovens, stainless appliances including a gas range and a beautiful farm house sink in the island. There is a gorgeous wood-trimmed bar and waterfall edge surrounded beverage fridge in the kitchen as well. Quartz counter tops throughout kitchen and a dining table that seats 12 (we have added another table on end and had service for 22). The primary has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a set of washer/dryer in the primary closet. The house sits on .3 acre lot with large and flat backyard. There is a play set in the backyard, bonfire pit, a deck with a grill, bulb lights and a heater to keep you and your group comfortable outside. Additionally, there is a new covered patio lounge area. We do have two small children so we have two extra cribs and two pack n' plays along with toys, water squirters, power wheels should a family with children want to rent it. If not, the house will accommodate various types of groups. The house is 4mi from downtown Minneapolis. We Uber it downtown for dinner frequently vs. parking. It is cheaper because the house is so close. It is usually between 6-10mins into downtown deepening on traffic. We love how close we are to downtown but across the highway are the bars, restaurants, a movie theater and retail stores at The Shops at West End. A great brunch locale sits around the corner too, The Good Day Café. There is a creek along Glenwood Ave for those who enjoy a jog or relaxing walk. There are two wood burning fireplaces along with a fire pit chairs in the back upon request or one can relax on the deck and enjoy the sunshine. The house comes fully equipped.
