This home encompasses 2 premium lots in Playacar Phase 2 and offers 5 Bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.
The home if constructed of Marble Flooring, Custom made carpentry, Barn Yard Doors, hand-made furniture, imported appliances, marble and copper bathtubs and custom-made carpets and furniture. All the windows and doors are imported from Germany and are Hurricane Resistant, PVC and Steel construction.
The home was completed in 2014 and offers 5 Bedrooms and 5 Baths, with private pool and huge outdoor, entertainment kitchen which features a large, outdoor refrigerator, BBQ and Tepenyaki Grill. The home is extremely private and backs up to the Hard Rock Golf Club.
All the flooring throughout the home is imported marble. The main floor features full 5 x 7 Foot Marble Slabs and the upstairs flooring is cut to 18 x 18 inch. All the cabinetry throughout the home is custom made and features a 2 inch thick, wooden door. The main floor of the home offers 2 of the 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main downstairs bedroom includes a 3,000 pound marble tub.
The open-floor architecture downstairs features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large granite island with seating for 6, a sitting area, dining room and living room, all with spectacular views to the backyard oasis. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and wine refrigerator. The Living room boasts hand-made sofas and imported Spanish rugs as well as a 70 inch UHD television.The 2nd floor of this spectacular home features the Master Suite, 2 additional bedrooms as well as a private office. The marble stairs leading to the upstairs level offer glass and steel railings and provide for a completely open, second floor plan, complete with custom chandelier and access to the private roof-top.
The oversized, Master Suite features a private balcony overlooking the back yard area and pool. The Master Bathroom features dual sinks, a glass shower and hand crafted, copper bathtub. The two additional, upstairs bedrooms are perfect for kids and guest and the private office offers privacy from the rest of the home
