The terraces :
A large terrace which runs along the house with a large garden furniture of 12 places which gives directly on the kitchen, a table with extensions for 12 people and a hanging armchair.
A terrace with a table for 10/12 people, a summer kitchen with a large gas plancha.
A large terrace around the pool with 6 deckchairs.
The swimming pool :
Salt pool fully secured by a screen and a lockable gate. The swimming pool is salted with natural chlorine production.

The 2500m2 plot is mostly landscaped, there is a hammock, a pétanque area, a ping-pong table as well as a few vegetable plots with, among other things, fresh mint for cocktails.
