LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This immaculate house is in the desirable North Beach Haven section of LBI, just 5 houses from the ocean and a few short blocks to Bay Village and Fantasy Island for the kids.
This ideal ocean block single family home is on a beautifully landscaped corner lot with 360 degree panoramic views from the roof top deck which are ideal for both spectacular sunrises and take your breath away sunsets. The deck has 1 conventional table with 4 chairs and another high top table and 4 chairs. In addition we have a chaise lounge with cushion for sunbathing without going to the beach or a quick nap after reading a book. This is the featured part of the house and you will spend countless hours throughout the day on this deck. In addition to the roof top deck, there are 2 additional decks off the living room and family room, both with ocean views. The deck off the family room has a roof and is ideal for enjoying your morning paper and coffee or escaping mid day to read a book. The deck off the living room has a table, umbrella and 6 chairs to enjoy many al fresco meals during the week.
Built in 2005 with hard wood floors throughout, this reverse living house has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - The master and junior master, both with en suites, have king beds with large 60 inch TV's. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen and 2 twins. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with remotes for easy use.
The well stocked gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and newly painted cabinets with top of the line appliances. The dining room has seating for 6 and the living room has vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan and a 63" TV and a gas fireplace for those cool evenings. Downstairs has a comfortable family room with 2 couches, ceiling fan and TV for the kids.
We also have hi-speed internet and all 4 cable TV' s come with multiple entertainment packages (Netflix / HBO / Showtime / ESPN / Disney etc ) for your enjoyment. DVS's are also an option.
The garage has an extra refrigerator to store soda, water, beer, wine and other food to be used throughout the week. There is also a commercial ice maker in the garage for your enjoyment ( can never have enough ice ). We also have a beautifully landscaped and fenced in private backyard that has a picnic table, umbrella, a clothesline for hanging bathing suits and towels, a weber grill and a newly updated outdoor shower ( you will love it ),.
In addition we supply all of your beach requirements so you don't have to : 8 beach tags, 4 bikes with helmets, 13 Tommy Bahama beach chairs ( low / medium and high ), 7 Tommy Bahama umbrellas, boogie boards, kids pools, kites, 2 beach carts, large and small beach coolers, inflatable rafts, corn hole, ping pong, etc ( Did we miss anything ?? )
There is also plenty of on site parking available ( 4 cars ) with street parking too, which is an added plus. Once you park your car, you can walk to everything Beach Haven has to offer: shops, restaurants, bars, ( award winning Hudson House 1 block away ) ice cream stores, convenience stores and of course the Chicken and the Egg. Down the street ( 100 yards ) is NYC Bagel store for assorted breakfast goodies and sandwiches for mid day featuring Boar's Head meats. Dual keyless access to the house through the garage or front door is also an attractive feature of the house especially if you have the habit of losing keys.
