You'll love this beautifully decorated 4 Bedroom home that is walking distance to several restaurants and bars + a short 5 minute Uber to Downtown Austin! This home is open floor plan filled with natural light to make sure you are in a great mood during your time in Austin!

We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find an Airbnb late at night after a long day of travel - that is why we provide a very easy self check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won't feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt.....we also have pictures of how everything works in the home so you'll never wonder "how does this thing turn on".

The living area features beautiful leather couches & a huge Smart TV (Roku) w/ access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV etc - just put in your password and you'll be all set.
★KITCHEN★
You will have everything you need to make meals for your group - pots/pans, olive oil, salt/pepper & a lot of kitchen gadgets so you can let your cooking imagination run wild! We also have a 2 in 1 coffee maker for you to use (Keurig & Drip Coffee).
★BATHROOMS★
There is 1 Full bathroom located between the 4 bedrooms - it is stylishly furnished and has a tub/shower combo. We will provide towels, shampoo, and conditioner for you.

Our front yard wraps around the home and provides a beautiful and quiet spot to hang out with your friends!

In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10pm aka move the fun indoors.
We have a noise monitor on the property that reads noise levels after 10 pm to help us remain great neighbors - it doesn't record audio so your privacy is safe......It will just let us know if there a party that could be disruptive to our neighborhood which will allow us to contact you to remind you to be respectful with noise.
We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately that means no matter how much we spray the home, a bug might sneak in to the home at some point.....if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.
