This spacious 1650 sqft, split-level home is the perfect family, business travel, and, of course, ultimate football gathering destination!
Designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, CHQ will make you feel as though you are in your own home. When you arrive on the premises, you will find a 4-car driveway next to a well-maintained lawn and a front garden that lights up at night.
As soon as you enter the front door, you will find yourself in a spacious living room that opens directly to the kitchen and dining area. The living room features a 75” TV with a large Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen has all brand-new appliances and is equipped with the essentials you will need for cooking. There is a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and waffle maker available for your use. The dining area has a sliding door which opens directly to a two-level deck.
Upstairs, you will find all three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs, you will find another bathroom directly to your right. Another gathering area with a 70” TV is located next to the downstairs bathroom. In the basement, you will find the game room, which features a ring light and two photo stand-ins for Instagram-friendly pictures. It also has another 70” TV. The laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, is located next to the game room.
The garage has one last TV and a ping pong table for additional entertainment. Located in the backyard next to the garage is a gazebo (that also lights up at night!) with additional seating underneath. Alongside, you will find a 2-person swing set, a charcoal grilling area, and a play-set for children.
