Welcome to a lovely, beautiful holiday home by the sea in Bergkvara. You only have 300m down to a cooling bath at one of the two small sandy beaches. If a larger beach is desired, Dalskär's campsite is 1.4 km away, where there is also a diving tower, heated pools, restaurant, mini golf, beach volleyball, padel, cycling and hiking trails. The house has a large open living room with a beautiful window section/ bay window that gives wonderful light and soul to the house. You have a large, luxurious sofa and dining area. Here there is an exit to the beautifully glazed conservatory with dining furniture where you can enjoy well into the evenings. In the kitchen you have a dining area and most of what you might need. You have two nice bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 cm, the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the garden there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. A large TV screen without a range of channels with Apple TV is available, but as there is no WiFi, the screen is then connected to its own network. Burning in the tiled stove is not permitted. If you are a larger party, the neighboring house: 43804 is also rented out via Stugsommar/Dancenter. Not rented out to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars. Smoking not allowed. Bergkvara is also perfectly located for various excursion destinations if desired. For those interested in golf, Möre golf club is nearby. Kristianopel, about 20km away, is well worth a visit with its fine guest harbour, its small shops, restaurants and cafes. Café Sött o Salt is a hot tip. Boat trips to Garpens lighthouse depart from Bergkvara. Blomlöf's fish smokehouse offers a restaurant and a farm shop. In Kalmar, there is a wide range of everything you could wish for, as well as attractions such as Kalmar Castle and the Kalmar County Museum, which are well worth a visit. Skälby farm with fun playgrounds and close contact with the farm's animals is recommended for families with children. You are close to the sun and the windy island of Öland, which is a must-visit. Öland's Zoo is also located here. The naval city of Karlskrona also has a lot to offer.
