Cozy house with a large garden in the middle of Färjestaden, where you are close to the sea, restaurants, shopping, outdoor gym and playgrounds. On the house's balcony you have outdoor furniture and a grill for lovely dinners out in the nice garden. The house was completely renovated in 2010 and you have a fresh kitchen with a dishwasher and most of what you need. You have a living room where you have a dining table, sofa and TV. Please note that the fireplace is not to be used. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a family bunk bed where the bottom shelf is 1.40 cm wide, with room for 2 people. if desired. NOTE. Not allowed to charge electric cars. You only have 500 m down to the swimming area with its long, shallow sandy beach and a view of the Ölandsbron and Kalmar. If you get hungry, you can enjoy the food at one of Färjestaden's popular restaurants and why not finish with an ice cream. You can enjoy a day at Skansen spa or, if you feel like shopping, shop at Öland's market town. Öland's zoo is close by, with its animals, its water park and its amusement park. On Öland there is much to explore, here there are sights such as Öland's castle ruins as well as farm shops, Öland's nature and some of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Also, don't miss Öland's body cakes, which are a specialty. Kalmar also has a lot to offer with its castle and museum and beautiful inner city. For the children, Skälby Gård is usually popular with its animals and playgrounds.
