Welcome to the summer idyll Väddö! In Gåsvik you will find a nice house surrounded by forest and greenery. You get here on a winding forest road and will live both secluded and undisturbed as the plot is completely fenced so it is both child and animal safe. On the terrace and in the garden, which is a nature plot, there is a barbecue and seating areas for lovely dinners during warm summer evenings. Here you can really find peace. The house has a bright living room with a generous sofa group, fireplace and a combined kitchen with access to the terrace. There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and two smaller bedrooms with single beds of 80 cm. In this house there is a combustion toilet and a sink. In the guest house, which is right next door, there is a shower and sink. In the guest house there are two beds of 90 cm, as well as a sleeping loft with a ladder and on the loft, there is a mattress without legs 120 cm wide. There are plenty of swimming opportunities on Väddö, either you go to the nearby Väddö canal or towards the sea of Åland, both with nice swimming areas. If you want to swim in a lake, you can go to Svanbergabadet. Väddö is a summer island with lots of things to experience for the whole family. If you wish to go hiking, the Roslagsleden route goes via Gåsvik. There are 2 bikes to borrow to get around the island in a pleasant way and make discoveries. Feel free to take a trip/walk to Gåsvik restaurant and café. Also visit Grisslehamn with the Albert Engström museum, the fishing port, the smokehouse, here you can also rent sea kayaks and boats. It is easy to take the ferry over to Åland for a little shopping trip. If you go south on the island, you will come to Björkö, the children's island, there you can make a trip from Simpnäs to Arholma, a genuine archipelago idyll. Inland, you are close to Vallonbruken in Uppland and Stockholm is no more than 85 minutes away.
