Recently refreshed, remodeled and redecorated with upgrades including premium countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded bathrooms, brand new furniture, beautiful brand new modern hardwood flooring throughout the house, brand new Smart TVs in all rooms, brand new 10 inch memory foam mattresses in all beds with hypo-allergenic mattress and pillow protectors, brand new bedding/linens, black out blinds, heated pool and hot tub, wifi internet, Smart TVs, Bedside charging USB ports, lighting and private pool.
Included for safety: removable child safety pool fence if needed, stainless steel pool entry handrail, dual shower grab bars in all shower/bathrooms, smoke detectors in all rooms, carbon monoxide detectors and professionally cleaned and maintained, Security cameras, Hair Dryers in all bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dishware, casual ceramic dining ware, glassware, silverware, stemware, cookware, filtered water/ice maker, coffee maker with stocked coffee, and new toaster, tea kettle, new pots/pans, quality kitchen knives, and all commonly used cooking and serving utensils.
The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March stays). A child pool safety fence is provided for your safety and peace of mind.

Summary: Location and house was nice. The main issue was the cockroach/bug infestation. There was no bug spray provided and the bug light in kitchen did not work, we ended up buying some for our selfs. If we had food out for more than a minute, the bugs would come out and be in the food. The bugs were both upstairs and downstairs, they mostly came out at night. The banisters were not securely attached to the wall, which made them wobbly. The shower drain in the upstairs shared bathroom drained very slowly and the fan was not attached to the ceiling. The front door was hard to open, it only unlocks if the door knob is turned one way. Multiple panel shades were missing in each room. Once all this is fixed, the house would be a better stay.
