Recently updated in 2022, and just freshly painted interior, our home has been thoughtfully designed with modern comfort, brachy vibe and a touch of coastal charm. The spacious dining area can accommodate ten quests, with additional seating at the kitchen counter, making it perfect for family gatherings or entertaining. Conveniently, located just one block from the magnificent 12,000 sq. Ft. resort pool, you can easily walk and enjoy a refreshing swim and made to order food and beverages in season at the poolside cafe. Our home boasts new cabinetry, fresh paint, Shiplap, comfortable mattresses for restful nights, granite countertops and chic coastal inspired decor. Smart TVs are available throughout the home including the combined dining /living room for movie nights or catching the latest game. A cozy living area corner offers a place to read your favorite book club novel or beach book with plenty additional seating for everyone to gather in the living area. The large screened in porch accessed through opened French doors extends the living area, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails and equipped with-an outdoor Weber grill. The back of our home provides a serene view of the natural surroundings and easy access to the nature trail that will take you into the Villages of Seacrest and Rosemary beach. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for preparing morning breakfast and after beach meals. The convenience of the free tram to the beach stops right out front- unlike other homes there is no need to walk with your beach gear to find a stop.
Downstairs, a coastal master with ensuite bath and tub offers peaceful sleep on one of the quietest streets in the neighborhood. Upstairs, the second-floor oversized master suite provides a private sanctuary complete with a luxurious bath, soaking tub and shower and a secluded screened porch, with plenty of room for morning yoga. Two additional bedrooms, one equipped with double bunks with a full bed below and twin on top extends beds available, the other bedroom offers with a queen bed, both with access through French doors to a sunny second floor porch and these two bedrooms share a bath with tub and shower.
