Welcome to this exceptional gem among the pines, a unique house with an enchanting view that will take your breath away. Located on a hill, surrounded by beautiful nature, this house offers a wonderful feeling of peace and quiet. Here you can enjoy magnificent views while having enough space for play and fun on the large lawn. Important to note is that at the edge of the plot there is a steep slope. Inside, the house welcomes you with a Scandinavian stripped-down design, where beautiful wooden details and large windows create an atmosphere filled with light and space. From the hall, a few steps lead you to the heart of the house. Kitchen, lounge area and dining area give your group a lovely area to hang out on. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. The dining area is surrounded by windows that give you the feeling of eating in the middle of nature. Sit back and enjoy the sunset from the first floor. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a double bed and two smaller ones with single beds, all with flexible sliding doors. Tiled bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower. A steep staircase leads up to the loft where you will find a TV/lounge area and a single bed. A short walk through forest and land takes you to a secluded private swimming area where you can enjoy the tranquility of the water. For the family, there is also Röra Rump, a child-friendly swimming area with everything from a sandy beach to a swimming raft and rocks, just a short drive away. In the community Kållekärr, 5km, you will find shops, restaurants, a small gym and also a padel hall for those interested in sports.
