Distance approx. 300m to the Ijsselmeer with its pebble and fine sandy beaches. Boating, kite surfing, fishing, cycling, shopping, good restaurants, make your holiday a pleasure. Attractions, sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch towns with charming architecture are only a few minutes away by car, Medemblik - 3 km - Hoorn 20 km - Enkuizen - 25 km - or even Amsterdam 50 km. For children there is a large private playground with kiosk, terrace and many highlights, such as trampolines, large slides, wooden railway, swings and much more, which can be used free of charge by our little guests. Two kilometres away is a swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground for children up to 16 years approx. 5 km away. Nearest harbour in Medemblik - with its historic railway station and dyke with jetty for boat trips. In Enkuizen there is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjacent to a fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland, also in Enkuizen, for children up to the age of 12, is a popular attraction for young families or grandparents with grandchildren. 2 terraces give you the opportunity to linger in the open air. In front of the house, the terrace facing the park (covered and sheltered from the wind) invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun. Behind the house, the west-facing terrace on the canal with boat dock offers views of the water, meadows and fantastic sunsets.

The house - was built in 2018 as a new build on a waterfront property with its own jetty. The furnishings are modern and the building services up-to-date. The property is completely fenced in and cannot be seen from the neighbourhood.
Approx. 50 m² are optimally distributed over a spacious living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the shower room.

- Living room - cosy leather couch, flat screen TV, sliding door element with large panoramic window (offers a view of the terrace/bootsteeg, canal and meadow)

With its excellent transport connections, the surrounding area offers a mix of nature, beach, sea, leisure activities, night-time tranquillity, short distances to museums and sights. There is also plenty for your children to experience in the neighbourhood. The Ijsselmeer is only knee-deep near the beach, perfect for the little ones to splash around in. A large adventure playground is a 5-minute walk away and an indoor swimming pool is 5 minutes away by car. There's absolutely nothing standing in the way of a perfect holiday for the whole family.
You can enjoy the marvellous view over the Ijsselmeer from the dyke in just 5 minutes on foot. Your pet is also very welcome here. The dog beach is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities (boats and bicycle hire) are also within walking distance. Whether for kite surfing, swimming, fishing, sailing, cycling, hiking or just to lie in the sun - golf & mini golf, everything is possible here.

The historic harbour towns of Hoorn (18 km), Enkhuizen (14 km) or Medemblik (3 km) are certainly worth a visit.

The island of Texel is just over an hour away by car and ferry, as are the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.
