The living area, dining area, and kitchen are located on the top floor and has a balcony that overlooks the pool. On this floor is the living area with a TV, dining area with a table for 6, and a kitchen bar with 4 bar stool. This new home has a full size kitchen and all appliances, pots, pans, etc. to prepare a favorite family meal. This floor has access to the balcony, with tables and chairs, to enjoy a relaxing time while overlooking the pool. This floor also has a half bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and master bath with a beautiful walk-in shower.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a sofa, TV, and Pac Man arcade game to entertain all ages. There is a bedroom with twin beds and TV, which has access to the balcony on the street side. This bedroom shares a tub and shower combination bath (Jack and Jill style) with a bedroom that has a queen bed and TV. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and private bath with a tub and shower combination and access to the balcony on the street side. The last bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, and access to the balcony on the pool side. This bedroom has access to the hall bath which has a walk-in shower. There are 3 sleeper sofas in this home (queen, double, and twin).
There is a washer and dryer, free WiFi, free parking (4 vehicles), and a garage that has a ping pong table. This home is pet friendly and motorcycles are allowed. No smoking please.
