Nice stable boat dock with steps/ platform and tie cleats for water toys. Stable deck is better than floating because it's stable. From your cottage you can paddle to Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond, Songo Locks, Long Lake . The cottage gives you the 'Illusion of Seclusion'. Nestled in many pine trees yet not far from local activities. Hike right from the door or drive to many nearby mountain ranges very close. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking, antiquing, many things to do. Or just hang in the hammock in front of the water, read and nap! 2 Firepits, outdoor kitchen, hammock, fenced area for dog, hot water outdoor shower. Large covered front deck and smaller covered river front deck, 2 river front sit up bars, river front firepit...
Only 35 minutes from North Conway, New Hampshire and outlet shopping or Freeport, Maine too. The cottage is fully furnished and also has a full outdoor cooking gas grille, firepit and outdoor seating . NOT SUITABLE for young children /toddlers. No fence at river /no gate at stairs to river. Specials good for MAX 4 people.
For rainy days bring your ROKU/FIRE or streaming stick, there are games, lots of reading materials, bird and guide books and More. Outdoor covered dining and outdoor hot water shower too. Large sit up bar on the larger deck.
