Positive: We have been several years in this very beautiful flat. We choose it due to its perfect location near the Waterfront and the Ocean walking route along the seaside. The view from this flat is very very nice and we can see the dolphins and seals playing in the sea. Also the watchman Michael and the housekeeper are very helpful. The manager was very kind to let us check in early, as the flat was empty in the morning, we are very grateful for this flexibility.
Negative: We do not like that the current owner is leaving this beautiful flat to deteriorate. The broken things - such as one sofa - are not replaced. Also the kitchen ware is worn or broken. With the current price the kitchen should be really comfortable to use, but there were no wine glasses and one frying pan was completely destroyed, only as two examples. The management kindly corrected some of these issues, but I feel it is not our task as clients to tell the management what is wrong in the maintenance. If they care really, they should visit the flat and put all in order, the cost is not very big to keep this fantastic flat in good order. A washing machine would be a nice surprise also. Thank you.
Summary: One of the best views, but please take care of this fantastic flat !
