Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am traditionellen Nockherberg in einem ruhigen undverwinkeltem Altbauviertel.
Mit dem Rad rollt man innerhalb von 3 min zur Isar ohne einmal treten zu müssen :-) Dabei kann man sich aussuchen welche Seite des Berges man nimmt. Entweder man landet direkt im Glockenbachviertel (Reichenbach Brücke) oder am ruhigeren Isar Abschnitt an der Wittelsbacher Brücke.
Sehr gute öffentliche Anbindung:
2 Minuten Fußweg zu zwei Tramlinien (Linie 18 und 25) und 5 Minuten zu zwei U-Bahnlinien (U1 Kolumbusplatz und U2 Silberhornstr), die Glockenbach, Hauptbahnhof, Maxvorstadt und Schwabing bequem verbinden.
