Pleasant and cosy duplex apartment 4-star rated, it is located minutes from Old town attractions, sun-kissed beaches and beautiful Lapad promenade. You can live like a local by taking advantage of a fully equipped kitchen and privacy. It's the perfect size for 2-4 people.

Should you consider a short or long stay in Dubrovnik, we offer you pleasant and cosy accommodation at the luxuries condo, near the centre, only ten minutes away from Old Town by bus that passes by every 15 mins (bus stop is in front of the house).
The Apartments are new and charmingly furnished to the highest standard, in the centre of the tourist trade ( the majority of Dubrovnik's hotels are located in this area: Hotel Uvala, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Hotel Park, etc. ).
In the circle of 100 meters, there are all that you need including the main city beaches, a shopping centre with big food stores, a post office, hospital, tennis courts, a walking area with a lot of small cafes bars and a good variety of restaurants.
There are swimming pools and fitness centres at hotel Park, hotel Uvala, and hotel Kompas (extra charge). All the mentioned hotels are five minutes walking distance from apartments Nikola.
The Apartments are four-star rated. The largest part of the Apartment is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Apartments have A/c, satellite Tv, wireless internet, bathroom, etc. Each apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs.

House Rules In Private Accommodation
To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read the house rules.
Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price.
• On the day of arrival, the guests have to give the owners their identification documents ​for registration at the Tourist Board.
The data I hold is stored securely and is​ not shared and passed to anyone else.
• The owners are available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need. In case of any complaint about the quality of the accommodation we advise the guests to contact directly the owners, and we will solve the problem.
• The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients.
• The owners will change the bed linen every 7 days.
• The owners do not have the obligation to furnish any beach towel, kitchen cloth, toilet paper, cleaning products, detergent, etc. The owners are neither obliged nor responsible to organize guests' free time or entertain them.
• It is not allowed to take towels from the apartment to the beach.
• You are being asked not to wrap yourself in blankets because the blankets are not washed after every guest and it's not hygienic.
• The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owners will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise then the guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.
• The owners do not have the right to enter the rented accommodation during the absence of the guests, except to stop damages or a danger occurring in the accommodation. In this case, they have to inform the guests about it as soon as they come back to the accommodation. If the owners have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let them enter the accommodation to check the situation.
• It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances, and products with strong or unpleasant smells into the apartment. As well any cooking and electrical appliances are not allowed to bring in without the agreement of the owners.
• The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it to another accommodation, outside or the beach(the kitchen chairs to the terrace, cutlery to another accommodation unit, towels or blankets to the Beach,…).
• When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the windows, switch off the lights and electrical appliances and close the water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air-conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use.
• It is strictly forbidden that any person other than the guests stay inside or outside the accommodation without the knowledge of the owners.
• Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property will have to reimburse the owners the full amount of the occurred damage.
• If the guests intend to arrive after 20:00 on the first day they have to inform the owners about it to avoid that the owners propose their accommodation to other guests, thinking that the first one gave up on the reservation.
• On the day of departure, the guests have to leave the accommodation at the latest at 10:00 hrs so that the owners have time to prepare it for then new guests arriving at:14:00.
• The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the owners and other customers from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 08 hrs.
