The views of the ocean from this family home are a must see! The house is beautiful and well stocked with all of the essentials. Beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect with beach access crossover #16 right next door. It is near the center of town, close to a grocery store, gas station and restaurants. On our large balcony you can choose a spot to sunbathe or relax in the shade while enjoying the sounds of the waves and the ocean breeze. The kitchen is open plan with beautiful ocean views! There are 3 tables indoors for feasting or playing games! There is room to grill on balcony with 2 large tables in the shade for outside dining upstairs. For a downstairs option there is a deck for grilling and a table for dining as well. Sipping coffee or wine in our overlarge rocking chairs to watch the Sunrises and Sunsets are the best therapy you could ask for! We also have Ocean views from the master bedroom and a private balcony if you want to step out to stargaze! The Master Suite also includes a an extra large handicapped friendly walk-in shower!
We have Wireless internet with a big flat screen TV in living room and in master suite! Two added luxuries are an Ice machine for hot days and a Fireplace for cold nights!! An Elevator is available (arrangements must be made in advance)
In addition to the 4 full baths in the house, this location also features an outdoor, open sky shower. Sol et terre is our family home where we enjoy a surf teeming with fish, crabs and shrimp! The kids have accesss to a shaded sandpit with tons of toys and a swing and hammoch!
