The rear of this home provides access to an outdoor shower, ample storage space and 2 parking spaces. As you enter the home on the first floor you are greeted by 4 well appointed bedrooms and a hallway full bath. Each bedroom on the first floor has a TV with Roku sticks. The first floor also has a full size washer and dryer. As you walk up to the 2nd floor you will be welcomed by an open floor plan kitchen with large center island, ideal for socializing. The center island has seating for 6 and the dining table has seating for 8. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and has everything you need for meal preparation and enjoyment. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, griddle, keurig and blender. A large sectional sofa in the living has plenty of seating along with a pull-out couch. Down the hallway you will find a well-appointed half bath. At the back of the 2nd floor, you will see the vaulted ceiling continue into the Master suite with a King bed and attached full bath. Outside the dinning area you will walk out to the sun-drenched patio where there is a dining table and 6 chairs for relaxing. Amenities this home has to offer.
