Our neighborhood is SAFE and QUIET. Please be courteous to our neighbors.
- Please note that there’s no deliverable mailbox at this location. We are not responsible for any emails being lost, miss placed, or undelivered due to the fact that there are no mailboxes at the short-term rental property.
- Absolutely no super loud after 9 pm on weeknights and 10 pm on Saturday/Sunday.
- Few drinks on our premises are okay but please not too excessive that could be out of control. In fact, getting very loud or fighting is not acceptable and if a complaint arises from our neighbors then a fine will be applied up to $1,000.
- Absolutely no drugs and/no smoking or vaping of any kind; legal, medicinal or not. If smoke odors or traces of cigarettes are detected in the house or around the premises, a fine will be applied up to $1,000.
- Please use your own discretion to remove shoes upon entering the home.
- Please clean after yourself just like you would do to your own home. You must leave the house free of garbage and dishes must be washed. Bath towels are not meant to use for the act of makeup removal. If proper cleaning is not performed; or bath towels got stained seriously a fee of $300 will be requested to cover the professional cleaning service or for the replacement. A minimum of $300 will be required to cover damages to the property if found after a check-out inspection.
- Be in charge, just like your own home with a provided shovel, during winter you may want to clear your way, driveway, and sidewalks within the premises.
- The home supplies are to be refilled once after a check-out or at the beginning of a check-in. No restocking of any kind during your stay!
- The cleaning staff will only perform their duty at 11 am after each check-out. Any request for cleaning during the stay, there will be available for an additional fee of $300.
- Check-out is always at 11 am and it must be checked out completely. If late at check-out, we’re forced to bill you an additional fee to cover all costs of turnover for the next guests. (Up to the maximum of your deposit)
- Use all garbage cans provided in front of the driveway. Take them out by the curb at the day checkout.
- All garbage cans need to be at the curb by Thursday evenings so that they can be picked up early on Friday mornings. Please remember to return them properly.
- Only declared guests are allowed to sleep in the house. Failure to declare the exact numbers of people on the booking will end up paying $100 per person of exceeding.
- If you show up and your face does not match your profile on Airbnb (we could see yours via outdoor cameras), you then automatically are not allowed to enter our property. (You're obligated to keep your profile updated at all times before booking is rendered)
- Please park your vehicles in the driveway within our property (front of 3808). Please do not block roads or neighbors.
- We do upkeep our property and constantly maintain the place to serve our guests better and better each stay. For that matter, we go by the policy “you break you pay” and we reserve our rights to bill you for any damage caused during your stay (up to the maximum cost of item(s) replacement plus any additional associated fee for the work).
- Any act of against our house rules or legal requirements will trigger a fine of up to $1,000 plus any additional fee that may be applied.
