With two provincial parks less than 5 minutes away, this cottage offers access to dozens of hiking trails and biking! An easy 20-minute boat ride will bring you to the charming town of Coboconk for all your necessary essentials and of course Kawartha Ice cream! 20-minute drive to quaint Fenelon Falls with shopping, local brewery, dining or perhaps a visit to the Farmers Market on Saturdays.

BLUEBONNET GROVE - offers a stately welcome with a stone driveway to the front door and manicured lawn. With a large garage to the left of the cottage and a cozy Cabin Shed to the right that offers 2 bunk beds for overflow. A short walk around the cottage leads to a grand waterfront area equipped with a large outdoor living and dining space that overlooks the lawn and waterfront. The grassy area to the water offers lots of space for family lawn games and a fire pit and sauna for those cool nights. Once at the water, you can enter along the shoreline to a 4 ft deep sand shale bottom with NO WEEDS! 3 docks with ample space for your boat and other watercraft!
