Large executive home on an acre in gorgeous Soldotna, AK. Our home has 5 bedrooms with many sleeping options, 4 bathrooms including a large master bedroom and bath. Our Home Theater is a highlight of the home as well as VERY CLEAN and quiet on 1 acre. Our home is the largest home in the neighborhood with many amenities for a small to large family or individuals. With a large private home theater and 3,300 sq. feet of living space, our home is perfect for the fall and winter in Alaska! In a quiet neighborhood on an acre of land, it is a very safe neighborhood with great neighbors who look out for each other! With 5 bedrooms, an office, and four full bathrooms, this home is available during only certain weeks in the summer and winter. There is currently no satellite or cable service but WiFi is readily available. A DVD player and monitor are available with ROKU in the master bedroom. We have a treadmill available for your use in the laundry room. A large grassy lawn is fun for sports and a fire pit and comfy chairs on the back deck are great for evening relaxation. A five-burner BBQ is yours to cook up your favorite meats or fish. A jetted large tub is available in the master bathroom after a long day of being on the Kenai. Guests will have access to all areas of the home except the home office, trampoline (kids only), and the heated garage. Private items will be present in the home as we are away from the area. Please do not touch them :).

Our home is an executive home with many amenities. It is very clean and very large. It is suitable for many sizes of families. Beds are a variety and can accommodate many options for sleeping.
We invite you to treat our home as if it was yours. Please care for it as you would back home and clean it as able before departure or pay an additional cleaning fee of $125 for excessive dirtying of the home on top of the original $125 cleaning fee required.
We love our neighborhood as it is great for walking and jogging. Just minutes from our home are the cities of Kenai and Soldotna. Blocks from our home are restaurants and services.
There is no regular public transit but CARTS is available as well as a taxi system. A rental car is your best option from the Anchorage or Kenai Airports.
