- Bedroom 1: Downstairs Master Suite, 1 Queen bed and an ensuite bath with a stand up shower and double vanity. Bedroom has a sliding glass door out to screened porch.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Bunk Room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a twin trundle, sleeps 5.
- Bedroom 3: Upstairs Master Suite #1, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower.
- Bedroom 4: Upstairs Master Suite #2, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Queen bed with sliding glass door out to deck overlooking pool and newly landscaped yard.
