Positive: The most well stocked home I have ever stayed at in my travels. The decor may not be super modern but the house is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need and more. We would definitely book it again.
Negative: I will NEVER book through Booking.com again. After reserving your house, they then send your booking to Red Awning who is affiliated with them in assuming. At this point you have no idea who to contact because both of them tell you to talk to the other. They charged me a $452.00 cleaning fee! I travel a lot and have never paid a cleaning fee like that. I spoke directly with the property manager (who is AMAZING) to see what I should have been charged and Booking.com overcharged me almost $500 for my stay. They guarantee to price match and I have still yet to get a refund, even after providing them the documentation they asked for.
