A pleasant and peaceful holiday home in a lovely forest area right next to the beautiful lake Vemmentorpasjön. The two cottages are individually and beautifully nestled in the woods and overlooking open pastures. Here you experience the peace and quiet and the generous plot has everything you want for all the family's activities. A short walk away is your rowing boat waiting. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and families with children. The main cottage is completely renovated in 2021 and has a bright open kitchen and living room. There is a wood burning stove and a modern TV (no channels). The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is fully tiled with shower. Here you have a view of the open pastures and the patio with garden furniture and sun loungers. A staircase leads up to the other cottage, which has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a family bed (bunk bed). There is a spacious hall, a sauna and a shower room with washbasin. Outside the cottage there is a patio with garden furniture and barbecue. The large plot is nestled in lovely greenery and at the front you have a fantastic panoramic view of adjacent pastures. Here horses graze and get calm and idyllic. From the plot, across the road, via a gravel road and then a small forest path, you come to the small bay where your boat is located. In the lake it is nice for fishing with good access to pike, perch and roach. Fishing license required. On the other side of the lake there is a general nice swimming area with both changing rooms, jetties, toilets, boules courts and barbecue area. The nature with its lakes is very nice and there is plenty of game in the pace, even moose can be seen from time to time. Örkelljunga has everything you need in its pleasant city center. A good selection of shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest being Örkelljunga Golf Club. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few miles north, at Markaryd, is the elk park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family. On the other side of Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen's ski resort in winter. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and strawberry places. A short drive away you have Ängelholm's beautiful city with small nice shops, the beautiful homeland park and its long beach.
