On a 2,600 m2 plot with landscaped garden is this cottage with both a covered and an open terrace to the south. The cottage is furnished with mixed furniture. The kitchen is open with a dining area in extension of the living room. Bath with shower. The house is i.a. equipped with internet and TV with the free German and Danish channels. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed as well as an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
