A warm welcome to Björkelund and this newly built cabin in the heart of the Småland forests. Here you live peacefully and beautifully with a view of Skrivaregårdssjön. This disabled-friendly cottage of about 50 square meters offers a bedroom with a double bed (180), a bedroom with two bunk beds (90) and a cozy sleeping loft with a mattress on the floor (perhaps best suited for a young person who wants their own place). In the hall you have a wheelchair ramp if needed. Fully equipped kitchen in a partially open plan to the social living room. Light the stove and enjoy your holiday. Fresh bathroom with shower, disabled toilet and wash basin. You can use the wood-burning hot tub during your stay. However, you are responsible for filling, chlorinating and emptying it after your stay. Firewood is not included, but you can buy it with you or, according to agreement, buy it from the owner! Dogs are not welcome in the cottage. However, there is a smaller dog farm where your four-legged friend can spend his stay (suitable for smaller dogs). The cottage is adjacent to the owner's summer house. You have your own balcony with parts of the green areas. Walk through the forest down to the lake and swim from the private jetty. In Skivaregårdssjön, fishing is free, but if you want to visit other lakes, you need a fishing license. In the forests around your house, there are plenty of mushrooms and berries. In addition, you have a very good chance of encountering the forest's big game, the moose. Short excursions can, for example, take you to the alpine hill Isaberg (27 km), which is also worth a visit in summer. Visit Ullared (66 km) and shop away at low prices. Longer day trips can take you to the big cities of Gothenburg, Borås and Jönköping. If you head towards the east coast, you can visit Astrid Lindgren's world (208 km).
