Welcome to a larger farm where you live in one of the charming houses. The old sheep house with history stretching back to the 1850s has been renovated to a high standard, which you can also see in the pictures. There is a lovely feeling in the house with the beautiful rafters and with the thick stone walls that also provide a pleasant climate. Here you live incredibly comfortably and have many of your excursion destinations a short drive away. On the lower level you have generous living areas with sofa bed (160x200cm) and armchairs. You have the lavish kitchen directly adjacent to the living room. There is a cozy breakfast/dining area. During the summer and winter, there is also an air source heat pump available that works for both cooling and heating. The house's bathroom is well sized and is also renovated with today's high standards such as underfloor heating, which warms well on the colder days of the holiday. You also have a washing machine, which makes your stay even more comfortable. Upstairs you have two bedrooms with a double bed (160 and 180 cm respectively). Good storage facilities, AC in one of the rooms in addition. Outside the doors you have a large secluded terrace where you can enjoy the nice Scanian evenings with something good to drink and consume. You have a barbecue, maybe for your purchased fish down in Kåseberga. Wherever you are on the plot, there is a place for you and your company. Larger area for play or for your dogs is available outdoors. Here pets are more than welcome and there are also fenced areas for them! This is a place for those who want to get away from stress and big city life, where tranquility is in focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very good. You have a beach and an open-air bath down at Nybrostrand just a short drive away. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very famous Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm.
