Close to hiking trails, 15 minutes from the castle of La Ferté-St-Aubin and the castle of Sully-sur-Loire and 30 minutes from Orléans. Ground floor: lounge/living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom with 2 90x190 cm beds and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds (close together or separated) and a shower room.
