This gem is located on 27th Ave with access to walking, biking path & its own pathway to the beach! Center Court with gas grille. Minute walks to beach and other attractions.
This one bedroom /one bath is concrete block completely renovated with full kitchen full bath with queen bed. New central A/C system. Short walk to the beach, to Historic Don Cesar Resort with many restaurants to chose from. We strive to make sure each and every guest is as comfortable as possible and that you truly feel at home when you are here. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our Beach with you!
