66 Springwood is recently remodeled 2nd-floor townhouse. The 1st floor of the townhouse has a kitchen with an opening to the dining room and living room, with new furnishing and looks onto the patio. Off the kitchen is a large washer and dryer with plenty of folding space. There is also a powder room on the main floor. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, Roku and access to the back patio. The patio has a spiral staircase leading to the yard and pool area for Springwood Villas.
The 2nd floor of the townhouse features 2 bedrooms each with private baths. The guest room features a queen bedroom, TV and tub/shower en-suite bathroom. Just down the hall, the master bedroom features a king bedroom, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The beach is a quick 8-minute walk straight to the beach. The villa also includes the use of the Player's Club Fitness Center located just across the street. Also, a 10-minute walk to Coligny Plaza's shopping, restaurants, and local grocery store!
Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats, or golf carts are allowed on the property. A complete list of rules is posted inside the villa.
