Near the tip of the scenic Fyns Hoved, surrounded by the sea on three sides, is this well-disposed, personally furnished summer house with only a few hundred meters to the water and unique nature right outside the door. The beach on the east coast has a nice new jetty, and the beach on the west coast is very shallow and child-friendly - and the area generally offers fascinating nature experiences and good fishing from the coast throughout the year. Likewise, the area, with its small islands, coves and bays and steep moraine cliffs, is a favorite resting place for the spring and autumn bird migrations, and the area is also home to a multitude of rare plants, amphibians, birds and reptiles, etc so good nature experiences are guaranteed for both big and small. The house contains a spacious combined living and dining room with direct access to a covered terrace, as well as an open terrace on several sides, so that it is almost always possible to enjoy the sun and find shelter. In the cozy living room you will find, among other things, a wood-burning stove, fast internet and smart TV with the option of streaming via Apple TV. The kitchen department is well equipped with e.g. electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, as well as a well-functioning annex with two beds. The house is situated on a 1,000 m² undisturbed natural plot, where on the large lawn there is plenty of opportunity to play ball games, badminton or the like. In the summer, there is a grocery store and a grill cafe/bistro at the nearby Fynshoved Camping (approx. 500m), where there is also a large play and activity area for children of all ages. Not rented out to youth or craft groups.
