Guests can retire to one of six bedrooms, including three king bedrooms, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk, a bedroom with a queen bed, or a bedroom with two twins to recuperate after a long day at the beach. There are also three bathrooms including one semi-private bath (queen bedroom), and two Jack and Jill bathrooms (shared between two bedrooms each). Concluding the level is a laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer.

Head to the top level where the best views and the expansive great room are waiting. Beautifully appointed with an ocean of cozy furnishings, and a flat-screen TV with hook-ups/capabilities for iPod, video game consoles, and Netflix, the central living area is where families can unwind with a movie or a little indoor entertainment. A second living area is found nearby with a sofa and a Blue Ray disc player, convenient to the half bath on this level, as well as a dining area with ample room for large parties and plenty of front-row views.
